Chances are that the problem is not your software. The most likely problem is something else using the serial port. I, for example, have a personal digital assistant that uses Palm software and Com 1. If the Palm software is active, the HyperAqualand software can not communicate. Lee |

XP seems to manage the ports better than Win 2K but I'm not so sure that it doesn't conflict with the program. (For other reasons.) An alert was present when installing indicating the version I use is not approved to work with XP. The version I have came off an Internet website - I don't remember which one, but it surely must have been a Citizen site. |

| Hi, Also make sure you put it in transfer mode. Just connecting the watch to the holder and clicking connect in the software doesn't do it. You have to push the upper right button in PLOG mode and it will say TR. You can then query the watch. Also be aware that you have to go to each log and hit the button. It only downloads the active log.
