I have the Mju 300 with this housing and you just open the cover and switch
the camera open before placing in the housing, the camera will then go into
sleep mode when its not been used for some time and comes back to life by
just pressing the shutter button.

Thanks - I tested the camera and sure enough it shuts off after a minute
or so. Should be fine.

Default Pt-016 Underwater Housing

I own an Olympus Stylus 410 digital camera which has a sliding cover
which turns the camera on and off.

I can't tell how the PT-016 underwater housing controls this cover?
Does the camera just stay on when you descend?

Anyone have this case?

Thanks!
