Look on Ebay.

You do not react well to water but love swimming? Sounds contradictory
to me.

Just be aware that swimming in a dry suit is going to be noticeably more
difficult than in swimming trunks or a wetsuit simply because it has
more drag.

The only gadgets on my dry suit is an inflator valve on the front (chest
area) and a deflator valve on the sleeve near my shoulder.

You will also be more bouyant.

If it's not for diving, there are ones that are available that are a
bit cheaper...

For swimming? I don't know. I can't imagine doing surface swimming in a
dry suit. But there are dry suits for Kayaks and wind surfing. Do a
google search.

I've seen them for windsurfers. Since they didn't have valves and
such, they are probably less expensive. I'd tell you where to shop
for them, except I don't know.
