Hey John, after the dive, you probably collect your gear like I do: grab the stuff until the ground is clear and hope it's all there, right? I'm always afraid I'll get 30 miles down the road and realize I didn't grab my drysuit, which was usually off to the side somewhere, so I readily admit to being anal about "policing the area"! 8^) So far, so good! | I made a significant effort to find the owner of this fin, but to no avail, so I've just relisted it on eBay with the goal of: 1. finding someone to buy it or 2. finding someone to sell me a mate for it or 3. finding original owner The listing: http://makeashorterlink.com/?R16422A2E Also thought this newsgroup might catch the eye of the original owner, and I'll gladly return the fin to the owner, if he contacts me and gives me the date lost and name of the dive site. That person should contact me soon, so the auction can be cancelled however. Thanks. Dave C |

OK, so they don't look new. OK, so my name is on them. But still... John Eells (dove at Cape Ann Sunday) |

| Next time you're on a dive boat (which will probably be tomorrow in Lee's case, watch someone pull on his/her fins and then say, sincerely, "Um, are you sure you don't have those on the wrong feet?" They'll look. Guaranteed. It's kind of like saying to a guy, Hey, you're zipper's up. He'll look.
