A digital camera for above and below !

Help please!
I am trying to find a small digital camera that takes good pics both
above and below the sea. I understand that many of the cameras with a
flash near the aperture give back scatter. I've been told that there
is a new small Sony camera which takes good underwater pics in its
housing but is handy for above. Is there a Fuji or Cannon that can do
the same?
It must be digital as I like to identify the fish etc soon after each
dive but I don't want to take 2 cameras on holiday with me.
I'd really appreciate some advice as I'm a bit of a novice with
cameras!
