Scuba Attack Boards...compass and depth guage

Hi,

Does anyone know a source to obtain scuba "attack boards"?

I found a USENET message (below) referencing a source. But a Google
search using the keywords "RJE Enterprises" and "compass" came up
empty. Same for "RJE Enterprises" and "scuba".

Any other suggestions?
