Aladin Air Z Nitrox

I have had my Aladin Air Z Nitrox for about 2 months when the computer
was delivered
it had 6 dives already on it - the so called test dives that I hope are
really run in actual
water not placed on the onboard ROM's during manufacture but who knows
....!!

Anyway after using the Air Z Nitrox the first time in a lake 5m max
depth
when we got the Air Z Nitrox back to our office we downloaded the dive
profile all well no problems. The software worked the Air Z Nitrox
worked...Great.... : )

Now three weeks later I went off to Spain on a diving holiday (Gran
Canaria)
I did 11 dives in the following 14 days....The dive computer worked a
treat no
problems what so ever a few alarms for over breathing - bit or an
aircholic, and
a few for asending to fast now and again.

Now on my return gleefully hoping to see all my dives in technical
splendour
I plugged up the MemoMouse only to find that dives 8-14 had no profile
they
had been missed completely. Shock Horror it must be me or the shitty PC
OS
that it runs on...But no we tried it on five different PC's even a Mac,
we
then called uwatec UK they told us that the Air Z Nitrox has no storage
and
will forget the earlier dive profiles as the Air Z Nitrox gets full up
200
minutes was mentioned.

But this is a load of @£$% as well the whole dive .log file is only 3k
plus
surely it would remove the profiles from the test dives first and then
my
first dive in the lake but no it just took the slap bang in the middle
of
all the logged dives.

With no explanation apart from your dive computers being a joke I'm
seriously thinking of sending it back unless I'm being complete dick
and
missing something here.

Any ideas any one.......
