| About a year ago, we bought a couple Stahlsac gear bags. Three or four trips later, they developed a problem where bag-monkeys decided to make a handle out of something that wasn't really a handle. One email and one call to customer service later, I have new bags, and the bag-monkeys can't break them anymore because Stahlsac changed the part that broke. NOTE: stahlsacs workmanship was not the issue. Rather, it was a part of the dolly frame attached to their bag. This was no muss, no fuss. I didn't have to cross ship, fax or do anything except wait 2 days for UPS. Fantastic stuff, Fantastic service. Made in USA and made to last. http://www.stahlsac.com/ safe diving, bullshark |
