Oceanic Air XS II BC regulator/inflator problem - Anybody have the same?

I just installed my new Oceanic Air XS II on my Chute2 BC tonight and
things were going fine and dandy until I hooked up the new inflator
hose that came with the Oceanic Air XS II. After I attached the
inflator hose to the unit and cranked the air tank open I heard a very
light hissing of a air leak right at the coupling of the inflator hose
to the Oceanic Air XS II unit.

Did any of you Oceanic Air XS II owners experience the same?

I've never had a intergrated air source on my BC before so my I quite
the rookie on this problem.
My guess is that there's maybe another o-ring missing inside the
inflator hose Quick Connector?

Any tip or ideas of what's wrong would be greatly appreciated. I
bought the unit over a year ago and just now installed it. Should have
taken the offer from the store to have them install it for free when I
had the chance, but my BC wasn't with me at the time of purchase.
