- In general, Orden de 14 de octubre de 1997 that was
modified by Orden de
20 julio 2000, is about rec and comercial diving. The rec
part is for people
diving up to 40m on air. For rec diving should have a boat
for support (art.
24.13). Nothing about uw guiding, the holder of the higher C
card would lead
the dive (art. 24.10).

- For Baleares, Decreto 40/2007 says (art.14) they may check
your certs,
insurance policies, level and plan but do not necesarily the
dives should be
guided (art. 14.4) however, they can abort your dive and
impede it. For
protected areas, it may be different and more restrictive.

- For Canarias, Decreto 35/2006 is similar to the previous
one. No word
about guiding.

- For Cataluña, Decreto 54/2000, art. 9 and 18 say that
everydive should be
supervised all the time.

Bring with you your DAN card, log book and med certificate!

Cheers,
Name wurde geändert

PS/ remember Spain is a latin country, so fortunately we do
not strictly
apply the laws )
