Taucherbrille

Frage an die Wissenden:

Meine Frau wollte gestern eine Taucherbrille mit optisch korrigierten
Gläsern kaufen.
Der Verkäufer meinte daß es Gläser mit +3 Dioptrien nicht gäbe sondern nur
durch einen Optiker angefertigt werden können.
Bei -3 ist das Ganze kein Problem.

Warum ????
