Two questions.

1) And you're not?

2) Why?

I'm not. Read the RFCs and you'll discover the legitimate use of an address ending in .invalid.

>2) Why?

Because posting using an email address which belongs to someone else is illegal under UK law. At the very least it is fraud and probably an offence under UK Data Protection Act. I don't think any UK business should indulge in this kind of activity.

The offender appears to be the owner of domain e-aquanauts.co.uk and appears to be posting to Usenet via uk.uu.net servers.

No I'm not. See the RFCs for correct and legitimate use of the .invalid
extension in Usenet posts

>2) Why?

Because it is illegal under UK law to fraudulently use an email address
in the knowledge you are not authorised to use it and which belongs to
someone else. It is probably an offence under the UK Data Protection
Act too.

The forger appears to be posting through uk.uu.net and appears to own
the domain e-aquanauts.co.uk. I question whether this kind of
fraudulent posting is acceptable in any business.

Well, Frank had been putting down a certain torch manufacturer.
And so someone using a French remailer to hide their identity
doesn't like that and so is being childish.

Not prepared to repost html, if you are so up to speed on the RFC's
etc then why did you not bother to read the charter of the
newsgroup.... No HTML postings.
