Weather in December in Coz & Roatan

Trying to make a decision for this winter. Cozumel or Roatan.
December is the only time available, it's between tape out and silicon
for my wife, so that's the time for her "use or lose".

So, what's the weather and water like then. You know, temp and rain,
temp and viz.
