Hi Brian,

I can't help you myself, but I've cross-posted this to
rec.scuba.locations. There are a number of divers there from SE Asia,
as well as Japan and Taiwan who may be able to help you.

Well, I don't personally know any good dive sites in Hongkong as I have mentioned over and over again. I find shopping in Hongkong and visiting places a lot more fun than diving. There aren't many marine life there that would quite interest you or as much as i have seen.
