Diving in Hong Kong

has anyone dived in Sai Kung Hong Kong with:
Diving Express

I have been diving in HK water for 3 years but I have no experience with
this shop. However, I have tried these 2 HK dive shops and it is OK.

What is it like diving in Hong Kong in terms of visibility and what marine
life are you able to see?
