Diving around India

We are two dive instructors heading to India at the end of December and can
anyone give us any tips or advice on working / visas / accommodation etc?

Hi,
December is the peak diving season in Goa India. There are now five dive centre in Goa .

Working in India requires work permit visa which is not difficult to get for a scuba instructor. The employer has to provide you with proper letter of appointment , a letter to the indian embassy in your area and letter on govt stamp paper stating that they will be responsible for you incase govt. decides to deport you.

Pay 15000 to 20000 INR with accomodation
Most dive centres do not require work permit visa but them you will be an illegal and can get you into trouble.
