Best time to dive in Manado

Trying to determine the best time to visit Bunaken for a dive
vacation? I have seen some charts that show tourism is lower from late
Feb into April... not sure. Any experience would be helpful.

I live in Jakarta and the rainy season here generally runs from about Oct
to March, not sure how closely the Manado area weather patterns match this.
I've dived in Manado on four separate occassions, twice in the month of
October, and once each in the months of March and July. I went back and
checked my log book and can offer these experiences. During the July trip
we generally had 75+ foot visibilty but there were a few sites that had as
low as 25 ft visibility. From memory these sites were near the mainland
peninsula and the lower visibility may have been due to isoldate showers and
rain runoff. Durin the March trip all sites had at least 75+ ft of
visibility. When I compared the two separate trips during different October
one generally had very good visibility while the the other was in the 40-50
ft range.
