Default BALI OPTIONS AND MANADO

Friends,
We are 2 experienced divers with air tickets to Bali for the end of
September - early October. We've heard that the best diving is to be had in
the West (Menjangan) , East (Amed and Tulamaben) and in Nusa Penida. We
are planning to rent a car. We can stay in one place or travel around,
whichever makes for the best diving. We would be grateful for
recommendations about the best: 1) Dive locations, 2 Dive operators and 3)
Best places to stay.
OR: Is Bali not worth it? Should we make a detour and go to the trouble
and expense of a flying from Bali to Manado and back for a week's diving?.
If Manado is the best option, what are the best resorts and dive operators.
Our thanks in advance for the help.
Alex and Jo

Bali is beautiful (above ground), but since you have the choice between
diving Bali and Manado, why would you even bother to ask the question?

I dove in Bali last month and highly recommend ENA dive center.
http://www.enadive.co.id/

The best dive site is Nusa Penida.
