Yup - have checked "all" indonesian airlines. Actually looking for fares
but I think I'm too early (trip is in April).

You can fly from Denpasar to Makassar/Ujungpandang (Lion Air or Garuda) and from there to Sorong (Lion Air or Merpati).

you can check with local airlines like Merpati (:: Welcome to Merpati Nusantara Airline Website ::) or lion air (online booking: www.lionair.co.id), they usually have better service to remote location such as Sorong...

Here's what I was given by the Odyssea people:

DPS-MKS by Garuda (115USD)
MK-SOQ by Merpati (170USD)

SOQ-MKS by Merpati (170USD)
MKS-DPS by Garuda (115USD)

It ain't cheap but it is what it is.
