Of course he was PADI. You knew that from the fact that he was
qualified to 18m.

Now, a 12m CESA being safe strikes me as dangerous PADI-speak. Sounds
to me like a damn fine way of killing yourself.

Now, a 12m CESA being safe strikes me as dangerous PADI-speak. Sounds
to me like a damn fine way of killing yourself.
