Here is our General Information of Bastianos Bunaken :

Bastianos is a PADI Resort & Diving center which located on the west
part of Bunaken Island (PADI PIRA member R-34063). Accommodation at
Bastianos in traditional wooden bungalows, we have 10 Hillside cottages
and 10 Beachfront cottages. The ones on the hillside are under lush
tropical vegetation and most have ocean views. Our Beachfront cottages
are only a few meters from the ocean and on the longest and finest
light sand beach on Bunaken Island. Right out front of our resort is
safe for swimming and if you like to do some Snorkeling, the coral reef
drop-off is only about 40 meters from the front of Bastianos.

Other facilities at Bastianos include, billiards, beach volleyball with
the staff and other guests, Marine life library. Also we have a cozy
beachfront bar, to watch the Sunsets and listen to some nice music. Our
side of Bunaken Island is the only side where you can watch Sunsets
from your bungalow verandah or from a beach bar. Another special thing
about this side of the island is that when you look out into the ocean,
you'll see the open ocean.



Recently opened Bastianos Shiatsu, Massage and Spa. Another option for
relaxing after diving or snorkeling beside sunbathing and reading.

Price includes breakfast, buffet-lunch, buffet-dinner, use of all
facilities and free tea, coffee, and mineral water in every meals time.
Accommodation based on double or twin sharing.

Every rooms have a private Indonesian style of bathrooms " mandi ". No
air-con just a ceyling fan in every rooms.

We also have two small budget twin-sharing dive-lodge rooms for divers
only which cost US$ 15/person/night incl.meals. These rooms have a
sharing bathroom, no ocean view.

We also include transfers from airport to Bastianos and back to airport
for guests staying 3 or more nights with reservation and is free of
charge. One of our staff will come and meet you at the airport with a
Bastianos board and your names on it. It's about 30 minutes by car to
Manado city and another 40 minutes by boat to Bunaken. Bastianos
regular transportation boat will be start from Bunaken every 10.00 am (
morning ) to Manado and coming back from Manado every 15.00 or 16.00 pm
(afternoon ).



Diving :

2 boat dives per day US$ 50, incl. weights,tanks,diveguides

3 boat dives per day US$ 70, incl. weights,tanks,diveguides

Additional afternoon dive US$ 20

Fullset diving equipment rental is US$ 10/day

Night dive is USD 30 including tank, weight and guide.

U/w Light rental is USD 5.

10 dives + 1 free dive

20 dives + 2 free dives



Our dive schedules are one morning dive (start 09.00 am) and one
afternoon (14.00 pm). More than 2 dives per day can be organize on your
arrival. Night dive will be start at 18.00 pm.



We have 4 traditional wooden custom dive boats. Most of the sites
around Bunaken National Park can be reach for 3 till 10 minutes boat
ride from our resort.

Beside of Bunaken area for the world-class walls of life, we offer you
for more various diving area like Bangka group of islands for sea
mounts, slopes, cavern and pinnacles, Manado Coast and Lembeh Strait to
discover the rare, exotic and bizarre marine life. There will be an
additional charge for day dive excursions to covered the fuel cost and
more complimentary on the dive boat because it's a long trip.

An offer for non-diver or not certified diver is Bastianos Introductory
Dive Program (2-3 hours program):

Intro + 1 dive is USD 60 incl. fullset diving equipment, weight, boat,
tank, dive instructor, short knowledge review about how to use diving
equipment and learn to dive. Additional dive after introduction + 1
dive is USD 30 /dive

PADI Dive Courses are available upon request and trained by our
highly-qualified PADI Dive Instructors



Snorkeling :

Joining our diving boat for snorkeling is USD 5/person/dive site.

No extra tax or service charges from all the prices, because it's
included. A tip is always very appreciated as a token of your
satisfaction to our team and can be put it in our general tipbox.



As you are probably know, the Bunaken National Park Entrance Fee will
cost you Rp 150,000,- ( approx.USD 18,- ) this year. The tag is valid
for the whole year period, the proceeds of which are used to fund the
patrols, conservation activities and improvement of standards in the
park. Illegal fishing activities have almost stopped, people hired to
clean the beaches and the construction of a long needed jetty in
Bunaken village is in progress. WWF, WNF and other NGO's are also
helping with funds and projects for coral rehabilitation.

), Indonesian Rupiah, US Dollar, Euro. For Visa or Mastercard payment,
we will be convert the all the US Dollar amount total from your bill
into Indonesian Rupiah using hotel exchange rate at the payment day.



Terms and conditions for payment :

* For Visa or Mastercard payment will be convert to IDR using the hotel
rate at the day of payment.

Because of the bank regulations here in Indonesia, we only can accept
US Dollar cash as follow :

* USD 100 note and USD 50 note only

* Serie 2004 is the latest

* New money ( no scratch, no ink ) - it's have to be in the good
conditions. Manado bank can reject them if they show pen stains or
marks.
