Does anyone know if there any good dives to do in and around the Hastings area?

Thanks

Nothing from Hastings or Rye, so Eastbourne is a close as you come to that,
a couple of charters run from Soveriegn iirc
There is some decent diving to be had out of Eastbourne, good stuff in the
20-30m range as well as the 40+ range

Is there anything between 30 and 40m?

Sorry

The whole of Rye Bay is full of wrecks, just like the rest of the coast,
though the visibility tends to be poor because of the sandy seabed. Finding
a skipper to take you there may be another matter.

Cliff.

Take a look in Dive Sussex. Now, if you go out between the shipping
lanes you'll get stuff in 45-ish but the viz can be fantastic. We had
20m viz one time on the Seaford and Persiana.
