There's no fish underwater to steal your money so what are you worried
about?

Any of the Sandals properties offer safe and trustworthy diving. Very
regimented and may not appeal to an experienced diver, but, it is safe and
it is very very trustworthy (and the people running the shops are nice)

We've gone diving at Breezes Runaway Bay, Hedo III and Grand Lido Negril.
The first two have more or less the same dive sites, which are quite a bit
better than at Negril. That being said, if you want really good diving,
don't go to Jamaica.

Gilbert's Reef is a beautiful dive. You could spend hours at 15' among the
coral heads.
