Diving in Ocho Rios, Jamaica?

My wife and I have over 25 dives each, so we are not complete squids, but will probably want to stay with the easier, shallower dives. I like slow and relaxed dives. Can anyone give us a quick overview? We have dove Negril, which I found to be OK, and Runaway Bay, which I found relaxing, and at an easy pace.
