| Hi Patrick I use Pinnacle Studio, so keep that in mind with this suggestion. I know what you mean about trying to put the color back in with the blue water. I guess you have three choices, keep it natural, make it black and white, or color correct. Pinnacle has an automatic color correction that does a pretty good job, though I manually have to take the brightness down to 80%. You can sample my last dive video here with color correction and see what you think. Keep in mind, it was off Key West and it was green water not blue. Anyway, here is the link: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...84954241&hl=en Actually, I had no choice but to color correct as it was the only way to bring out more detail due to the poor visability. I did experiment with, and was tempted to go with black and white as it brought out more detail, but it looked too much like a Sea Hunt episode. However, I think black and white is an interesting effect and in the right dive setting, I may use it in the future. I just got back from Grand Cayman last week and made four dives there. I am just starting to edit the video, but I am leaning toward keeping it natural as it is pretty blue water and the vis it between 75 to 100 feet. Anywho, hope this helps, keep in touch, and let us know where you post the video (Video Google or You Tube). By the way, I prefer Video Google over You Tube as the picture screen size is bigger. Just a personal preference, though.
