Default Kenya & Malaria

Advise needed for diving at watamu. Anyone recommend which tablet worked
best for you and any side effects. I know mefloquine is NOT recommended and
that I need a prescription from my doc.
TIA

I used doxycycline my 3.5 months in Africa. All my friends who used
Larium caught malaria, I didn't. Only side effect was the sun
exposure, so use your SPF 45 heavily while diving/snorkeling/being out
and about.
