hi,
the prices are usually different for locals and non-locals.

there are 5 resorts on sipadan and at least 2 on mabul. i suggest
that u stay on just one of the island since the boat ride between the
two islands is 20 mins. booking in advance is recommended although
not necessary.. bookings can be made in KL as well if u happen to pass
thru.
