Sipadan / Semporna

Hi
We're gonna go back to Sipadan around cristmas.
Does anyone have any contact information(phone/email/anything) to "Uncle
Changs Corner" at the bay in Semporna ( next to Dragon-Inn hotel). I know
from last time we went there that he has "Special price for U my friends" on
the diving packages to Sipadan, Mabul and Kapalai that is much cheaper than
the prices that the divecenters next tom him operates with .

If you have any contact info or now anyone that's gonna go to
