Borneo - Kota Kinabalu - November

Hi - can anyone tell me what the diving is like here during mid Nov. What
are the offshore island sites like - maybe in comparison to Redang
(Malaysia) or the Maldives where I have been before.

Which resort is better : Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort or Shangri-La's
Tanjung Aru ?

Check the weather. It may be the beginning of monsoon period.
But if you go south of Sabah (Sipadan, Mabul, Kapalai) you can dive 365
days/yr.
