I can tell you that you won't want hot water for washing - the solar heated tepid water will be more than warm enough when the ambient air temperature is over 28º. Cliff. |

| We were in Machchafushi Resort in S. Ari Atoll. The diving was superb and so was the resort. They have an easy house reef with a decent wreck - see their site http://www.machcha.com/en/ I have been to many of thre islands ove rthe last 18 years and here and vakarufahli were the best. Vaku also has a good house reef. Enjoy |

| We're staying on Vakarufalhi in 3 weeks (after recommendation on this board), will let you know what is was like, good house reef was one of the reasons we chose the island, have a look at www.prodivers.com to see more info on the diving. Can also recommend Sunbreak Holidays http://www.sunbreakholidays.co.uk/ who we booked with, Chloe helped us a lot in booking the whole package (flights, Dubai stopover, liveaboard + Vakarufalhi stay). Best of luck choosing!
