I agree go to Vakarufalhi, My wife and I have been twice and are returning
in Feb 05, Also there is Veligandu..fantastic place, third trip in 2 weeks.

I agree go to Vakarufalhi, My wife and I have been twice and are returning
in Feb 05, Also there is Veligandu..fantastic place, third trip in 2 weeks.

has anyone been to the Lily Beach Resort (South Ari Atoll) ? It's been
highly recommended by 2 people I know.

I've read every Maldives report on Jason Poynting's website, so any other
practical bits of info I should know about ? Especially from someone who is
a non-diver, that way I can re-sell the holiday to my husband.

Not been to the maldives myself (early next year maybe??) but a friend
(instructor) has highly recommend Lily Beach. They travel to maldives every
year and have tried various islands but keep going back to Lily Beach.

Personally I am tempted by either Kurimanti Villiage or Lily Beech.

We spent our honeymoon on Kuredu. We were both diving, but thinking of
what you could do on Kuredu if you weren't diving, well, you could do
all kinds of watersports, just walk the shoreline, lay on the beach,
read a book...

Hmmm. Dunno if other atols are different.

ps. one old guy, who didn't speak any other language than Finnish (thus
couldn't communicate with the staff) just walked around the island. It
took him about 15 min walking on the shoreline, and I think he did it
something like 20 times/day.
