I was there in January this year, as Jason says 28 - I did most dives in a 2.5mm shorty but if I was cold before the dive, normally fourth dive of the day or night dive, I wore a 3mm full length |

| Whenever I dive the tropics I always carry my drysuit hood. Yes, that's right - whatever you choose to wear, 2, 3, 5mm, you will benefit by beginning the dive with your hood around your neck. As the time goes you will get colder, so up with the hood OVER the mask strap and you'll be warm again. You can always put it back down if you wish, without having to displace the mask. Very handy if you are diving deep and meet those thermoclines. Haven't seen anybody else do that, but it seems logical to me - and it works! Flexibility in diving means comfort. Enjoy, Seadeuce |
