Yes very much so its great for easy diving with some very nice sites to
visit depending on experience and desire.

Would recommend Maltaqua or Scuba tech or Strand as they all provide top
quality service

yes ? great people great Islands diving is good not reef but good diving
some work involved from time to time moving to the water but, if you boat
dive only you won't have to work but will miss a few good dives.

It's been a while since I dove Malta but the last time I was there I had to
first get a quick physical exam by a local doctor. Set up by the dive
operator. Probably just a way to make a few quick bucks but could not dice
without it.
