Default Dive outfits on Gozo

Hi,

Im off to Gozo in a couple of weeks (not dived there before) on a cheapy and
we will be allocated to one of the following places:

Santa Lucia
Sannat
Ghasri
Gharb

Can anyone recommend a good dive outfit that will serve any of these places
or are we stuffed?

If there are any good outfits should we book before we go?

Thanks for any advice.

We just recently got back from Gozo and had a fantastic time diving with
an outfit called Moby Divers based out of Xlendi Bay. Not sure how far
Xlendi is from where you are staying but I would highly recommend Moby. If
you need further information please let me know. I believe they also have a
website if you search for Moby Divers on Gozo.

Yes Mark at Moby Divers was a superb host.
Shame about Gozo though ... in one week we only 3 dives ... walking to dive
sites with no fish? I think not!!!!
Great restaurant on the cliff in the Bay .. the owner is a short mercurial
character whose langustines are to die for!!!!

Gozo's that small I don't think it would really matter, you are never more
than 1/2 hour from anywhere. Malsaform the best bet if you want to shop
around.

Did you visit the same GOZO as I did??? Multiple dives a day are very
possible, although hire of a jeep (if you are going unaccompanied) is
pretty much essential.

Hi all

Haven't posted on here for a while, as I'm mostly a 'fair weather'
diver, but in case anyone is thinking of going to Gozo...

Just got back from a trip to Gozo week before last - some friends and
I tried out a new dive school, Zero Gravity. Run by Dan and Nick,
both very nice guys - they used to work at Calypso, but decided to set
up on their own. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.
They started earlier this year, so all the equipment is new - always
nice to get a wetsuit that's in good nick. They keep the groups
small, so you really feel like you're getting their full attention -
very nice if you haven't dived in a while, or want to do a course.

Just for future reference...

Chris
