According to the temperature chart on the link below, the water
temperature in february will be around 15 degrees C. If I had to choose
between my 5 mm wetsuit and my drysuit, I would probably choose my
drysuit. The ideal suit would possibly be a 7 mm semi dry.

Drysuit, it's going to be chilly in the water and likely to be cool
with rain when you're on the surface.
