There are far more children left than dolphins. Which would you rather see in their
native environment on your next dive trip?

I'm sorry, but I find:
"I cannot even imagine the horror of being prisoners in that sea-pen,
without any chance of saving themselves," says Mexican environmentalist
Yolanda Alaniz. She has led the campaign to release the dolphins back to the
Pacific, a stone's throw across the narrow Baja Peninsula from La Paz.

more than a little melodramatic.

It sounds as if you only have so much compassion to go around, and in
that limited regard, your allocation of this limited resource seems well
placed. I, OTOH, don't have limitations where livings things are
concerned, and consider abuse to humans and non-humans in like fashion.
It's good to know divers don't support this particular type of abuse
by paying money to play kissy-kissy with caged dolphins, because if they
did, paying money to play kissy-kissy with caged children could become a
feature at the local state fair.

Thanks for your non-support.

Enjoy your lack of limitations. I've spent too long studying human rights
violations to be shocked, appalled etc. about pretty much anything short of
genocide (and even then only some of the time).

I doubt it. Too many couples get together and have children. Too few get
together and have dolphins.
