The only regular fitness regimen you'll find in Coz is dodging the
drunks attempting to find their way back to their crusie ships. I've
also heard scuba diving is somewhat popular in a few places. :P

You can always exercise in your hotel room if you are that keen to
work out. Things you don't need a fitness center for include but are
not limited to:

pushups,
situps/crunches
isometrics
walking/jogging
shadow boxing
squats
jumping jacks
stretching

Thanks for your reply.I am in Cozumel usually once a year to dive, but never
looked for a fitness center. Will stay 6 weeks this winter and like to do Cardio
work outs.I don't fancy to jog or walk on the road and if you been to Cozumel
you know why.

Then do your cardio on the sidewalk like everyone else. I can't count
how many times I've rollerskated between the La Ceiba hotel and
Rolan^H^H^H^H^H Guido's.

Yep, there really is a certain balance on the Sidewalk of Life. :)

There was about 6 months ago. May not be by now. You can also get "passes" to
use the facilities at almost any hotel/resort.

I see lots of responses re the walk between downtown and the hotel zone.
Depending on where you're staying, that's a great cardio idea. It's a 35-45
minute fast walk to La Cieba.

Have fun.

You can reach your target heart rate just crossing the street near La
Cieba. =:( ) I think that's why the bridge over the street was built. :)
