It's not a bad walk from anywhere in town. And it's very close to
<insert name of Mexican Super Walmart>. We bought our soda and beer
there and kept it in the room fridge. Almost bought a scooter, too.

Thanks. We looked at Hacienda Miguel, but we have decided to stay at Vista
Del Mar which is next to Casa Mexicana. I'll post our thoughts on it in
June.

I found an aerial mapping place that gave us the distances from the hotel to
the town sqaure. Coral Princess was three miles, PLG was 1.2 miles.

It's amazing how long the posts in this group stay on!
If you already have been there, you know that the Plaza Las Glorias will be
condominium ownership.
We stayed a few years ago in a private home very close to Plaza and the
supermarket. Two bedrooms, living room, dining room, two baths, kitchen,
etc., and daily maid service for about $875 for the week.
I just checked and they still rent:

There are other homes also very well priced. You might want to try one on
your next trip.

Glorias still isn't open and may become all inclusive, what other places are
ew/i walking distance of downtown and have beach access? We've been there
dabout 10 times, but since we've always stayed at PLG, we've never visited
iany of the other places.. Casa Mexicana is a nice looking place, but our
friends stayed there last tmonth and said it was a bit sterile.ThAny
suggestions?ed-Mark
