You have obviously been doing Coz for a long time. I won't make it this
year (it was cruise ship time). I have looked at Bahia - you seem to be
sold on them. I have stayed at Plaza Las Glorias the last 6-7 years
down there. I do not like that PLG has gone all inclusive. I won't go
back there so I have looked at Bahia.

I enjoy Pepe's, La Mission, and there is an Italian restaurant down on
the square (can't remember its name). What I have seen of Bahia looks
really good. I will seriously consider your personal reference when I
return there in the spring.

I have looked at their website, but can't remember all their amenities.
Do they have a decent on-site restaurant for breakfast ( my favorite
meal).

Also, I have dove with Blue Bubbles exclusively the last several years
but will certainly look into the dive operator you have used. I like to
dive early but maybe that 10:00 AM departure would really be nice.

I'll make it only two days this year, from cruise ships. :)
Captain Giovanni (of Caballito del Caribe) always deliver us back
to the cruiseship pier, bribing the guards when needed <g> and
saved us cab fare, gear carrying, and cut short the long walk
from the street entrance of the pier to the cruiseship by at
least 100 yards.

If you're the sun on the beach or swim in the pool type, it's not
for you. Otherwise, it's very clean, very inexpensive (compared to
many other hotels), and very convenient to restaurants,, diving, the
square, etc. and well equipped as efficiency suites. I'd rather
stay in the large penthouse suite there than any other room that
costs several times more, in any other hotel. That pretty much
summarizes it.

Even street vendors and dive shops know what room I stay there.
Check out that room. It's well worth the little extra, for have the
living/dining room and the jacuzzi.

In the "NEDfest" in 1999, we had a party for 30 people in that room.

No on site restaurant, but many within short walking distance.
Continental breakfast is included. Fresh OJ, pastries and fruits
from Las Palmeras. That's usually more than adequate for me.
If you like something hot and simple like eggs, you can always
cook your own in your kitchenette.

The only dives that I do that start early are those at the two ends
of the island (Barracuda and Maracaibo) because of current conditions.
Otherwise, the 10 am start actually have much LESS divers around
because most other groups would have finished. Often you have
the entire site by yourself -- not like bumping into other groups
during "normal" hours.

The only way to find out whether you like it is to try it.

But they're very nice to look at. I saw a topless woman in front of the
Presidente one time, but she was so flat-chested that it took me a lot of
staring to determine that she was indeed a woman.

I think Greg was looking for topless GUYS. :) That's why he was
disapppointed to find the flat-chested woman.

The naked women around Coz is not much to look at. You get better
selections even on the nude deck of cruises.

For real topless women, try the Aruba beaches, or some of the
islands in French Polynesia.

You PREverts.

You've been having way too much trouble telling the difference between men
and women lately. Time for some hormone shots? Perhaps new glasses?
