I've noticed that a pretty good clue is when a business uses something
like a hotmail account. IIRC, I have a photograph of an airport where
the email contact for paying your landing fees is precisely that.

It looks as if it really would result in a modestly long day trip,
although probably not one that would be longer or worse than going out
to see some of the Mayan ruins. Clearly, not something you would want
to do daily.
