Reef Club vs. Iberostar in Cozumel

Can anyone tell me how the The Reef Club compares to The Iberostar in
Cozumel? We have stayed at the Iberostar and liked it except bad A/C. The
closest I have seen to it is the The Reef Club. Any comments? Thanks.
