Mexico's scuba diving laws??

What are the depth restrictions for scuba diving in the Mayan Riviera (i know they differ from the US). i need to know how deep an advanced padi open water diver (who is 13 years old) can go. i've heard it's a maximum of sixty feet, but i'm not too sure. Thanks.
