 St. Maarten Carribean, but much better than Albany,NY in Feb. Last Jan-Feb it was great. Reef is steadily improving from Lenny in 1999. Saw turtles, shark, dolphins and eagle rays. I stay at the Pelican and the dive operator there (dive Adventure) is great. Large fast boat and on decent day will go over near St. Barths to Little Grouper a beautiful site.
