Default Cheap comfortable accomodations for 1 person in Bonaire?

Hi, Just wondering what people recommend for staying in Bonaire. I
want to be relatively close to water so that I can snorkel, perhaps
take an introductory lesson in scuba (I have never done it). Ideally
meals should be included, air-conditioned bedroom.
All-inclusive in otherwords.

While one of the larger resorts might have all-inclusive options,
Bonaire seems to cater more to the do-it-yourselfer who may cook some
or all meals in the prevalent condo accomodations that have kitchens,
or at least have a vehicle available to drive into town and eat at a
restaurant. That said, quite a few places on your list have onsite
restaurant(s) serving three meals a day so you don't have to leave the
resort at all.

I've stayed at three on your list, Buddy, Capt. Don's, and Den Laman.
Den Laman (and next-door Sand Dollar) are condos with full kitchens.
Buddy and Capt. Dons both offer condo or hotel room options. Each has
an on-site dive shop that could provide scuba instruction, inclusive
breakfast (optional at Den Laman), and onsite restaurant for a la
carte lunches and dinners.
