Default What goes down, must come up

The body of a 21 year old man was discovered Sunday on the banks of the
Mississippi in St. Paul MN. He was still wearing the full diving gear
he had on when he became tangled in a submerged car and drowned on
November 21. The man had some prior experience: the month before he dove
the Madeira wreck in Lake Superior.
