| Off to Tunisia shortly. Got a holiday in Tabarka in the north west. I've been told it is the best diving in Tunisia, but can find next to nothing on the web about it. Anyone been there, have any experiences of the diving, best dive outfits, best dive sites, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

It's not a bad place and indeed by far the best place to dive in Tunesia. When we were there they were still 'recuperating' from the World Championships spearfishing, meaning that about everything of considerable size that moved had been killed. There was an abundance of small life though. Best places were 'Le rocher aux Mérous' 'Cap Tabarka' and 'Les tunnels'. We dove with Loisirs de Tabarka. A good outfit, well equiped and not that expensive (well, it wasn't then). -- Michael Wolf ------------ Cthulhu for President! Why settle for the lesser evil? remove stopspam to reply |
