Panama Canal cruise diving

We are going to be on the Statendam in November going from Ft.
Lauderdale to Lima and back through the Panama Canal. These are
possible diving ports and times.

Day 2 Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos 12:00 AM 06:00 PM
4 Santa Marta, Columbia 10:00 AM 05:00 PM
5 San Blas Islands, Panama 11:00 AM 06:00 PM
7 Fuerte Amador, Panama City 05:00 PM
9 Manta, Ecuador 06:00 AM 07:00 PM
11 Salaverry, Trujillo, Peru 05:30 AM 05:00 PM
12 Callao (Lima) Peru ON 10:00 AM
14 Callao (Lima) Peru 05:00 PM
16 Guayaquil, Ecuador 10:00 AM 06:00 PM
17 Manta, Ecuador 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
20 Puerto Limon, Costa Rica 06:00 AM 05:00 PM
21 San Andres, Colombia

So far, I have only researched Grand Turk and Santa Marta. I might
possibly be able to squeeze in at least snorkeling at Grand Turk.
Where should I go to do that?

How about Santa Marta - I see there is a fishing village nearby where
they have diving. Does anyone have any suggestions - the ship does
not offer beach tours here.
