Diving in Panama

Hi Folks,

We're going to be in Gamboa, Panama, for a couple of weeks in the
spring and would like to do some diving. We have accomodation etc. and
will be mainly doing other things - but a couple of days underwater
would be a welcome break.

We'll have a jeep and I can take out a bare minimum of kit - but
will need to hire tanks (and if kit is easy to hire then happy to do
that instead of lugging it around) - does anyone know of

A) Any interesting shore based sites

B) Any good outfits who'll take us (BSAC qual AD and a SD) to somewhere
interesting.

Any idea of the cost? Is there anything like the cenotes there?
