The dive master was Tony. He was great. If you needed anything, he was
there, if not, he left you alone.

Short ride and a nice walk on the beach.

Reef sharks on the safety stop, nothing in the hole. Could not catch the
ones on the stop, buggers are fast, and I tried.

Not until our third last day, took all the fun out of the ride to town.
After the grader went through I would sit on the passenger side of the
cart and drive from there. I have never seen so many double looks since
that other thing.

Everyone of them was wonderful. A quick, and genuine, smile and welcome.
I spoke with one young fellow about the Jamaicans who sell Grass,
and he said. " Belizeans work, others don't."

Oh too bad!! Last time I was in the Hole there must have been 30 or more.
And once a few years ago, I had one come right over to me and I mean, right
.. . over . . to me.

Someone else did. It is a trip offered by the dive shop. There are
twenty going.
Going to need a bigger boat.

I will be gone for a few days. tomorrow I leave for Tuktoyaktuk, fly
from Edmonton to Yellowknife, Yellowknife to Inuvik, then in a truck for
the drive on the winter road to Tuk.

Should be a Hoot.

:^)

He used to be an excellent spotter of the smallest of things. I don't see
him doing that so much anymore, so I gave him a magnifying glass. I didn't
see him use it before I left. Any chance he was using it when you were
there?
