Some of the best diving in the world is found in the Philippines. What kind of diving do you want to do? Puerto Galera, Anilao, Malapascua Island, Moalboal, Southern Leyte, Cabilao and Panglao Island in Bohol, Dumaguete, Apo Island, Subic Bay, Coron, Tubbataha.... it's a long list... just stick "Philippines diving" in a search engine and start surfing. I promise you will be amazed :)

I cannot agree with Bill anymore; i've gone diving in the Carribean and Hawaii and people say they're the best but I think they're all overrated. The reason why people are unaware of the dive sites in the Philippines is that the government is very corrupt and spends less in tourism.

I once met a well travelled diver in the Philippines (he's been everywhere - belize, caymans.. you name it.) and he said the best he's gone to is Anilao. After diving elsewhere I have to agree with him...
